Father of three (two humans and one dog) and amateur bass player, I am a strategy expert and independent board advisor with 15 years of experience driving go-to-market, growth and expansion plans of global tech startups. Driven by enthusiasm for innovation and human relations, I help CEOs and leaders of tech ventures to anticipate and solve as many challenges as possible in their strategic outlook and roadmaps.

Originally from Milan, Italy, I co-founded my first 3 successful startups back in 2002 and very soon realized that my true passion is working as an advisor side by side with founders and investors, especially when I can leverage my experience to help startups achieve killer execution. To fulfill my passion I moved to Tel Aviv, Israel, the Startup Nation, where I lived for ten amazing years until I got back to Europe a few years ago, to share my global experience with the growing European innovation ecosystem.
